Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Simply write to us on support@reetcreation.com: with your order number. We will review your Request within 24-48 business hours and we will cancel your order for you.

Can I cancel an order after shipping?

After the order has been shipped it becomes rather difficult for us to cancel it. We would request you to tell us as early as possible about possible cancellations.

How will I be refunded for a canceled order?

After closely examining the parcel returned by the customer, the refund will be initiated to the customer within 24-48 Business Hours to the Source Account if the payment was Prepaid. And if the customer did the payment by Cash On Delivery, Our team will contact the customer for Bank Details on which they would like to receive the refund Amount & then refund will be initiated within 24-48 Hours.

We accept returns only in case of damaged product received. You can raise a complaint support@REETCREATION.COM: within 24 hours of delivery & place your replacement request.

Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything.

It should be a 360 degree parcel opening video in which you have to show parcel from all the sides and than open so it can be seen that it was not opened from any other side

RECEIVED DEFECTED/WRONG DELIVERY?

However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check, Still, if there is an issue with the product, we would resolve it for you.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at support@reetfashion.com along with a photo & Parcel opening video of the damaged product you received for the exchange claim.

The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of product.

We will revert back to you within 24-72 Hours

If the product delivered differs from what you had reasonably expected, you may return the product totally unused, and in the same condition as you received it, within 3 days of delivery, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange on our shipping address.

Do not ship the item back to us until and unless you’ve had a clear go-ahead from us by email/Phone. Otherwise, we are not liable for the loss of your package. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

We will send the exchanged item only after closely examining the parcel returned by the customer.

REFUND:
No Refund available on Defected Products or wrong products,
Only Exchange is available on Defected or wrong product.

If Product is not in stock, then only we can Refund or replace your item with other product from Reet fashion of same price or above.

If you choose a more expensive one during the exchange, then the additional payment must be cleared. Once this is cleared, we will move ahead with the new shipment.

Please allow 15 to 20 business days for us to receive and process your exchange.

Reetfashion.com is NOT Liable to pay the 2 way return & exchange shipping charges, and you’ll have to bear the same.

WHEN EXCHANGE IS NOT ACCEPTED?

  1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference of the product. 10 % Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  2. Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order.
  3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customized of the customer.
  4. No exchange on size related issues.
