What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to dispatch products within 1-2 working days, however it may take up to 4 to 6 days to reach you.

In some cases there may be some delay due to dependencies at different levels. Furthermore, we diligently ship orders throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you definitely can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Idaho with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. You can simply click on "Track Order" and enter the last 4 digits of your order number or full AWB to check where your order has reached or how long it will take for delivery.
